From the very beginning of my project, though small, I was treated like a big time customer with professional courtesy and work experience. Whatever obstacles came up, the Manning crew was able to meet and solve. Thank you one and all!

In Summer 2026, we contacted Manning General Contractors for Pella windows replacement. We worked with John Tytla, Sr Project Manager for Manning, who bid & coordinated the project. Although it was not a huge project, John took the time to discuss the details of the project, options & the total cost. Through John, SummitWinDor staff were used to complete the Pella windows installation. We could not have been more impressed with their workmanship, customer communication & cleanup of the project site. John T. makes sure that the project is done correctly and is very straightforward in dealing with his customers. We will be using Manning GC & SummitWinDor when future home improvement needs arise.

My roof needed some help after a storm, and Manning GC was recommended to me by a friend. I am so happy I reached out and chose to work with them - seriously I can’t say enough good things. Despite my insurance being a pain every step of the way, John Tytla and the team made it much better. The whole team was knowledgeable, worked quickly, had great communication and made sure to go the extra mile specifically when it came to dealing with my insurance provider. I ended up with a beautiful new roof and gutter system for an extremely reasonable price and I trust that the work is high quality. I would recommend Manning GC and John to anybody, and I’ll certainly be using them for any future projects.

Manning Roofing did a complete roof replacement and gutter replacement along the roof edges and I’m very satisfied with the outcome of the completed work. Manning Roofing in my experience is an excellent company that I would recommend.

Thank you for your prompt response and detailed quote of my home repairs needed. I appreciate the clear communication on the phone and written quote after visiting our property. Knowing this information of what is needed will allow our family to budget for these vital upcoming projects to our roof, gutters and siding.

Our experience with Brian and the Manning team was exceptional. They walked me through every step of the insurance process. Brian was at the house for the claims inspection and here throughout the construction. The construction team was courteous, professional, and efficient. Our landscaping was covered, the site was cleaned up after each day, and the final clean up was perfect. Brian’s communication was also exceptional. He was prompt in returning my calls and kept me fully informed. I highly recommend this team.
